Equity Learning Academy offers a comprehensive curriculum aligned with Nigerian, British, and American standards. Instructional time is dedicated to language arts, math, science, and social studies, as well as elective classes. While core academic subjects are clearly defined, critical skills in reading comprehension, written expression, and executive functioning are reinforced across the curriculum. This approach facilitates interdisciplinary connections and provides students with increased opportunities for meaningful academic growth. In addition to general education standards, each student receives an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) tailored to their unique learning needs. The IEP development and implementation ensure personalized academic programming. When appropriate, classroom instruction is supplemented with enrichment experiences or targeted interventions using research-based methodologies to provide the necessary level of challenge and support. ELA maintains a low student-to-teacher ratio to ensure all instruction occurs within a small group environment.
