The Equity Learning Academy (ELA) is a subsidiary of Shekinah Mentors International Initiative, a nongovernmental organization (NGO) that aims to expand access to education for the most marginalized children from kindergarten through secondary school in Nigeria. ELA’s mission is to promote, enrich, enhance, and advance learning experiences and social development for the overall success of children’s future in the Community.

Our vision is to provide equitable education to marginalized students in rural communities. Equity Learning Academy will cultivate a diverse and inclusive community where every student has equal access to quality education, resources, and opportunities. We believe in the transformative power of education to break the cycle of poverty, enhance personal and individual growth, create innovative processes, and foster the economic development of society. We are committed to ensuring that every student, regardless of their background or circumstances, has equal access to quality education.
